Ehab was my seller’s agent when he sold my townhome in Brambleton, VA in January of 2024. He was able to sell my home only four days after placing it on the market, getting five offers at or above asking price after holding an open house over a weekend. He helped me select the best offer, and I was able to realize everything I had hoped to get from the sale. If you are looking for a buyer’s or seller’s agent, I really can’t say enough good things about Ehab – I would highly recommend having Ehab in your corner for any real estate transaction in your future!
My situation was that I had signed a contract to purchase a home out of state, and I needed to move fast to sell and close on my existing home. I am single, so I needed to handle every aspect of getting the loan on my new property, preparing and executing the move, and selling my townhome by myself in only a month, which, as you might imagine, was quite stressful. Being able to have Ehab in charge of preparing my house for sale and handling the marketing and sales process took an enormous load off my plate. Ehab knew all the details of what would be required to get across the finish line and handled every one of them. Ehab kept every promise that he made and made the sales and closing process very simple for me.
Initially, Ehab came by and made an initial appraisal of my home and made great suggestions on how to prepare it for sale. Ehab had contacts with all the contractors I would need to perform the work he had in mind, so I did not need to deal with finding and hiring anyone to perform those updates. Prior to selling my home, Ehab worked as a general contractor, pulling together teams of very skilled contractors to paint, clean, and prepare my home for viewing and ultimately its transfer to its new owners. The costs for this were extremely reasonable, and they made my house literally shine by the time it was ready to show.
I think Ehab has a great sense for the market and he explained that his strength was being able to market a property to the right people at the right time. I was also very impressed by the marketing brochures that he showed me, which were very nicely done, with great photos of the property for sale. He has great knowledge of the DMV area and will be able to help you no matter whether you are buying or selling.
Ehab also went far above and beyond what he was required to do to sell my home. I wanted to get rid of some of my furniture as part of my move and Ehab also offered to sell those items. Ehab put in considerable extra effort to liquidate those items and made everything completely stress free for me. In addition, Ehab handled several items for me after I had left Virgina. The Brambleton HOA made some demands for items to be repaired, and Ehab was able to get a contractor to resolve them and get the HOA to sign off ahead of their schedule so that there was no impact to my closing date.
Ehab also cares about you as a person, and really helped me through some stressful times during my move, offering some great personal advice. He followed up by checking in later to see how I was doing. I feel that Ehab went way above what a typical agent would do in nearly every way, and I owe him a deep debt of gratitude for selling my property as well as all the other things he handled on my behalf.

We interviewed several real estate agents before selling our home, and Ehab was by far the best. Other agents looked at our home and said it would sell for around 675k at this market, so we even considered renting it instead. When we talked to Ehab, he was very friendly and understanding of our concerns. Ehab gave us suggestions for how to improve our home like changing our light fixtures, repainting our cabinets and more. He told us to give him a few days and guaranteed that he would sell it at a better price than the other agents offered. His confidence and amazing communication skills helped us sell our house for a whopping 750k. I absolutely recommend Ehab; he saved us a lot of time and money and was a great agent to work with.
